| It is no secret that the United States needs a major upgrade to its infrastructure. Many roads, bridges, ports, electrical grids and broadband are becoming far too outdated to keep up with the current economy. With bipartisan support of the need for upgraded infrastructure, now is the time to work out what to do about the literal foundation of some of our most important industries.
