  • Mr. Newman has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial leasing, investment sales, site selection, and development advisory services throughout Northeast Florida and beyond.
  • He is the Senior-most member of the Jacksonville Industrial Services Team at Cushman & Wakefield, representing leading landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.

JACOB HORSLEY
Managing Director, Industrial Brokerage Services

  • Mr. Horsley is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and recognized industrial real estate expert with deep experience in logistics, industrial leasing, investment sales, and site selection.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional with a strong track record helping position Jacksonville as a nationally recognized logistics and distribution hub.
  • He is a member of a market-leading industrial services team representing top landlords, tenants, investors, and developers throughout North Florida and surrounding markets.
  • Oversees a leasing portfolio exceeding 17 million square feet of industrial space across North Florida and nearby regions.
  • Since 2020, has completed approximately 86 million square feet of industrial lease and sale transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion alongside his partner.
  • Extensive experience advising both landlords and tenants, as well as buyers and sellers, on many of Jacksonville’s largest industrial transactions.

Kendall Wilson 
Industrial Real Estate Specialist

  • Ms. Wilson is a Industrial Real Estate Brokerage Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield with five years of experience in the Jacksonville industrial market.
  • She specializes in industrial leasing, sales, market research, and site selection for both landlords and tenants and advises clients on market strategy, negotiations, transaction execution, and operational expansion throughout Northeast Florida.
  • Manages a wide range of responsibilities including client meetings, property tours, market analysis, proposal development, deal negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
  • She has led nearly 30 industrial transactions in Jacksonville during 2025, including tenant representation assignments for three Fortune 500 companies.
  • Successfully guided a Fortune 200 company through the launch of three new regional operations within a 12-month period, supporting the company’s Jacksonville expansion and local job growth.
  • Played a key role in onboarding 10 new institutional clients to the Jacksonville market during her tenure at Cushman & Wakefield.

Katie Scales 
Senior Brokerage Coordinator

  • Ms. Scales joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 as Brokerage Coordinator for Jacksonville’s Industrial Brokerage team.
  • She provides comprehensive marketing, business development, and administrative support for the Jacksonville industrial brokerage team.
  • Manages a wide range of operational responsibilities, from creating marketing materials and property flyers to coordinating deal management activities.
  • She plays an integral role in the team’s day-to-day business operations, including preparing proposals, presentations, financial information, and weekly marketing and activity reports.
  • Oversees functions related to property listings, including marketing coordination, collateral distribution, and promotional efforts.
  • Coordinates client events, property tours, and other initiatives that support business development and client engagement.
  • Serves as a key operational resource helping streamline transactions and support the team’s overall brokerage activity.
